I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Times Square and many attractions. My room was spacious and clean, although there were some quirks with the bathroom water controls. The staff were incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly, which made us feel special during our stay. However, the dining options could use some improvement, particularly with the breakfast hours. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money and a wonderful experience.
